Having understood this situation Digi Divi searched the most effective communication tool to communicate the rural in quickly & effectively. Then the Digi Divi was started for rural people in Matale district in Sri lanka.The most advantage part of this project is all users are not payable. the cost of the project covered by sending advertisements (our network and registration form are attached in annex 01) We are the first company which started for rural people to eradicate the poverty through Short Massaging System(SMS). in Sri Lanka
