SMS based Complaints Tracking System for 'Turant Chovis' scheme (CTS)

CTS is based on GSM based SMS communication to track the plaints lodged with the police stations. SMS sent from police stations to system at various point of time in the lifetime of a complaint, i.e. at the time of registration of complaint, action initiation and completion. Based on action code, entry is recorded in the system. Tracking is based on action within specified period. Alert messages in case of non-actions are sent to the respective police stations and also the supervisory officers for immediate compliance. Various reports based on need and controls are generated.
