"Complete freedom from illness", is a concept that aims at health for all in the family. Aarogyam, aims at this complete WELL BEING and ZERO TOLERANCE for disease. With, this objective, it envisages individual health mapping so as to strengthen preventive medicare within society as a whole. Health till now, is generally conceptualized as one way supply based approach as two way demand based approach. Aarogyam is based on the theme “Knowledge is Power”. It seeks to devolve specific family related information to all-on all aspects of child immunization, phone call away thereby ensuring health case for the family. The project also envisages a unique family Id to each family as its health ID.

eClinician is a Clinical Decision Support System for medical professionals, offering diagnosis from signs and symptoms of patients. This system eliminates possibilities of Physician missing diagnosis and offer complete reference on 4500 diseases. eClinician replaces need for reference books for Physicians. The system is comprehensive in disease data, drug information and lab investigations. The system was created and updated by a team of 26 medical professionals including Professors from leading medical colleges in India.

The Government of Gujarat has identified quality health services and the efficiency of Government managed hospitals as key contributors for building trust and confidence for the general hospitals in the hearts of the citizen of the state.In order to be able to take prompt decisions at appropriate times required a holistic view of the functioning of all district level hospitals at the state head quarter level which mandated integrated information system deployment across the hospital processes.

This project illustrates the feasibility and value of a teleradiology programme between a modern reporting center and remote & rural places in India.In this conjunction a link was set up between Teleradiology Solutions, Bangalore & Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh who had approached us with their unique challenges. Over this connection, remotely, a limited low-cost DICOM transfer-based teleradiology system was installed at the hospital. Image transfer to the Teleradiology Solutions reading hub in Bangalore was set up over a 256 kbps a synchronous DSL network connection.

The Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System is an online software used as Planning & Management tool for improving health care services by Medical, Health & Family Welfare department, Govt. of Rajasthan, for improving its services right upto the grass root level (Health Sub centre). The system is extremely useful in ensuring better health for women, minimizing maternal mortality, neo natal mortality and in tracing areas with decreasing sex ratio at birth. It is also useful in monitoring functioning of all health institutions across the state numbering more than 12, 000.
